If you're not sure, you can fax (828.652.2697) or email (coreman@rdm.net) a list to Josh Morgan.

When sending cores approved by Josh, don't forget to include a "Cores for Purchase" form in the shipment to RDM.

Warranty Information:

Electronic boards carry a one-year warranty from date of installation. Printers will be warranted for 90 days.

Products are guaranteed against any defect arising from the normal use of the equipment. The purchaser’s right under the limited warranty shall consist solely of requiring RDM Industrial Electronics, Inc. to repair any defective item at no cost. See the conditions of our limited warranty here.
